The Cottagers and the Wolves will close the 13th round of the English Premier League. Both units are in the lower part of the standings but safe when looking at the relegation battle and the participants in the same. While Fulham’s goal is to stay in the Premiership, the Wolves want more and aim to reach the international stage, which is why they need to start playing better.
Fulham vs. Wolves Preview
We can’t say that Fulham reached the expectations with only three wins in 12 events and ten goals scored. The Cottagers are far away from the desired form, but overall, there is a solid gap between them and the red area.
Fulham’s form in the recent five games is sluggish, with only one victory, and even that one wasn’t in the Premiership but the Carabao Cup, vs Ipswich on the road, 1-3. Head coach Marco Silva is trying to wake up his guys, but without too much success. s
For the moment, Fulham failed to win in four EPL meetings, losing three times and recording one tie. In two of those meetings, they failed to score, and as mentioned earlier, the offense is a major problem for the Cottagers. We are repeating this constantly, but they haven’t found a replacement for Mitrovic.
Wolverhampton opened the season slowly, and even though they improved slightly, Julen Lopetegui’s boys are still inconsistent. Three wins in the past six meetings, with two ties and one loss, might be a solid record, but on the other hand, given the say these guys play, that’s too little.
Wolves have a very interesting unit, which has occasional blackouts, particularly in the back line. It’s no wonder to see them allowing goals and losing games against Sheffield, for example, the worst team in the Premiership.
The only constant thing regarding the Wolves is high efficiency. Wolverhampton’s previous ten appearances across all competitions ended with both teams netting, and eight of them were with three or more goals.

Fulham vs. Wolves Head to Head
Both direct encounters last year finished without winners. The first was at Molineux, 0-0, and the second was at Craven, 1-1. The last eight head-to-head games saw under 2.5 hits.
Fulham vs. Wolves Predictions
Fulham’s only bright spot early into the campaign was defense, that is their goalkeeper, Leno, but that isn’t the case anymore. We are willing to take risks here and pick the guests, who are an offensive-minded bunch and can break down any defense in the league. With a bit of luck, they will earn three points at Craven without too many problems.
