Chelsea will be full of confidence after their 4-1 win over London rivals Tottenham earlier in the week, but face another tough test this weekend as they take on reigning Premier League champions Manchester City at Stamford Bridge.
In a match marred by VAR controversy, but still extremely entertaining nevertheless, Chelsea managed to secure a big three points over their London rivals which moves Mauricio Pochettino’s men up to 10th in the table at time of writing.
Of course, the Blues will want to finish an awful lot higher than that come the end of the campaign, but they are starting to make baby steps in the right direction after a rough start to the season.
One of the standout players for them so far this season has been young attacker Cole Palmer, who of course joined from Manchester City in the summer, and will be keen to prove a point to the club that let him go this Sunday.

Across their last two fixtures, both in the Premier League and the Champions League, Manchester City have scored nine goals and they will be looking to continue that hot streak on Sunday.
Erling Haaland hobbled off at half-time in the 6-1 thrashing of Bournemouth last week, but returned to action and was back amongst the goals in their midweek victory over Young Boys in the Champions League.
The Norwegian being fit and available is obviously massive to City’s chances in this game, although the performances of summer signing Jeremy Doku – who scored the opening goal against Bournemouth – has at least shown that there are goals coming from all over in this team.
⭐ CHELSEA v MAN CITY STARSPORTS.BET MARKETS ⭐
I expect that scoring streak to continue for City and, although Chelsea have started to improve, I still see some shakiness in their defence and so feel comfortable backing over 1.5 City goals at 4/5 with starsports.bet.
Also, given his impressive run of displays recently, I also like the look of Doku scoring anytime which you can back at 14/5 with starsports.bet.
